What is project WOI?
WOI stands for "Worlds of Imagination". The project has been in development for several years offline. It is time to begin revealing it to the public which is the purpose of this Blog. I plan on uploading blogs about different aspects regularly. Don't expect this project to be released until several more years so that it may be the best it can be.
So then, what is WOI about? WOI follows Frizz, a timid young man that is trying to find purpose in his life. Frizz journey's across distant worlds, fights devilish foes, and meets new friends in search of his goal. WOI will feature large imaginative worlds, a whimsical soundtrack, memorable characters, and a story that will leave people speechless.
There are 3 phases to this project that will develop over the next several years. The first and current phase is the developing phase. This phase is devoted to brainstorming and developing WOI. During this phase things such as the characters, story, music, setting, etc. will be polished until perfect. This phase will take the longest due to the amount of work that will go into it. The second phase is the producing phase. This phase will require a team to help make WOI into a full product. Due to the costs of hiring a team and marketing the project this phase will only be entered after everything in the developing phase is complete. The third phase is the publishing phase. During this phase the project will be released to the public and, hopefully, be historic.
WOI will take shape either two different ways. If I am able to make enough connections and obtain enough funds the project will be turned into a full fledged animated series. With the amount of details and the uniqueness of the world only animation will work for this medium. If I am not able to obtain enough funds then it will be turned into a web comic. This will still retain the heart of WOI while keeping costs to a minimum at the expense of it being fully animated. If route two is taken there is always the possibility that it can be remade into an animated series, so it's viable.
This leads to you, the reader. This project will only be possible through you. I don't want money for this project. I just need your support and critique. This project is something I wish to gift to people and don't wish to receive either money or recognition. I just want to change and help lives through this. The only way to do this is through your feedback. Please, I ask, critique everything in this project even to the point of nitpicking. I want this project to be developed into something that has little to no negatives. It can only get there by you telling me what is wrong and why. So please, share this to friends and family and give me feedback and I hope to bring you something truly special. I thank you for your time.
